What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect what you type into the form: name, company, email, phone, job location, timing and job details. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and the country your connection comes from. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data, so there is no consent banner.
How we use it
- To pass your request to up to three independent local providers so they can contact you with a quote. You agree to this when you tick the box on the form.
- To follow up once to check that someone contacted you.
- To keep a record of requests for our own business records.
We do not sell your details to marketers, add you to mailing lists or share them with anyone other than the providers we pass your request to and the services that run this site (Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for email delivery).
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months, then delete them. Providers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your request, or to ask us not to contact you. We will reply within 30 days.
